1. Scope and responsibilities
OK TEAM LLC, United States, develops OK Connect and OK Connect Panel and operates okconnect.net. OK Connect Panel is self-hosted Xray-powered software installed on an operator's own VPS and domain. The operator manages users and issues subscription links for the companion OK Connect app. That workflow does not require a central OK TEAM account or a connection to the OK TEAM LLC test deployment.
This policy covers information controlled by OK TEAM LLC, including our test deployment. Records in an independently self-hosted panel, subscription service, or VPN server are controlled by that installation's operator, who must provide their own privacy information and contact details. Those records are stored on the operator's infrastructure and are not automatically transferred to OK TEAM LLC by self-hosting or importing a subscription.
2. Information in the app
The app uses the subscription URLs, access keys, server details, and preferences you provide to display and establish connections. These items and optional diagnostic logs may be stored on your device. Diagnostics can include technical connection details; share them only when you choose to.
On supported Apple devices, optional Apple sign-in and iCloud synchronization may store selected settings or configurations through Apple's services. Optional push notifications on supported platforms use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which can process a device notification token. These features depend on your platform, permissions, and account settings.
3. Information in a self-hosted panel
The supplied panel stores an administrator password hash and hashed administrator sessions in its local database. User records include the name and note entered by the operator, a generated connection key, a random subscription token, enabled status, expiry date, any configured byte quota, and cumulative uploaded and downloaded byte counters. Technical server status and operational error messages may be processed to maintain that installation. The supplied panel does not include payment processing.
A subscription URL on the operator's domain contains a private token that grants access to the associated connection configuration. Anyone who receives the complete URL or its QR code may be able to retrieve that configuration. Keep it private. Operators can disable access or rotate the subscription token and connection key when required.
The panel's traffic counters describe amounts of data. They are not a history of visited websites or page contents. The OK TEAM LLC test deployment disables request and Xray access logging. Server and network services still process IP addresses and technical connection information to route traffic. Each self-hosting operator controls their server configuration, any additional logging they enable, retention, backups, and applicable privacy obligations. This website's description of our test instance does not override another operator's practices.
4. Subscription requests and VPN connections
When you import or refresh a subscription, the app requests configuration from the subscription URL. When you connect, it communicates with the VPN server specified in that configuration. Those services can receive your IP address and request or connection metadata and process traffic under the operator's policies. OK Connect is not designed to inspect or keep a history of the websites you visit through the VPN.
Choose an operator you trust and review their privacy practices. Do not add configurations or subscription links from unknown sources.
5. Device permissions
Camera access is used when you choose to scan a QR code. Clipboard content is read when you choose to import from the clipboard. VPN permission is needed to establish a connection. Notification permission is optional. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
6. Website and support
The public website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or a language preference store. Hosting services may process ordinary technical request information, including an IP address and browser details, to deliver pages and maintain security. Panel authentication uses an essential session cookie.
If you contact us, we process the email address, message, and attachments you send to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, complete subscription tokens, or VPN keys in support messages.
7. Retention, security, and your choices
You can remove imported subscriptions and settings from the app. If you enable iCloud synchronization, your Apple account settings also affect stored copies. You can change device permissions and disable optional synchronization or notifications.
Each self-hosting operator decides the retention of panel records and backups and secures their own installation. Records in our test instance remain until removed or no longer needed for testing, access management, security, or legal obligations. OK TEAM LLC limits access to records it controls and uses HTTPS on its public website and test panel. No transmission or storage method provides absolute security.
For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning our test instance or information we otherwise control, contact us below. For data held by an independent self-hosted panel or VPN operator, contact that operator. Deleting the app does not delete records held on a panel or VPN server.
