Ask your operator for the subscription URL or QR code created in OK Connect Panel. In OK Connect, use the add button to scan the QR code, import from your clipboard, or enter the URL. Refresh the subscription when the operator changes the available servers.

Install OK Connect Panel on your own VPS and domain. Sign in to your installation, create a user, and copy that user's subscription URL or QR code. Share it privately with the intended user. The app imports the configurations available to that user.

Your installation runs on your own infrastructure and issues subscriptions on your domain. The companion app uses those subscriptions directly; a central OK TEAM account is not required for that workflow. Contact our team for the source project and installation package.

Check that access is active and has not expired or reached a traffic limit. Refresh the subscription and try another server. Contact your operator if the issue continues; they control the servers and access settings.

Remove a subscription in the app to delete that local entry. Ask your operator to delete the associated panel records. For the OK TEAM LLC test deployment or support correspondence, send a request to ceo@okcorp.io. Removing the app alone does not remove panel records.

Tell us your device, operating system, app version, and what happened. For panel issues, include the relevant error message without credentials. Screenshots can help, but hide passwords, complete subscription URLs, and VPN keys.
